Ai Slop Was In A Movie

Instead, I enjoy an occassional movie or TV show in the background. I like light hearted, oddball comedies. I enjoy watching completely random movies I’ve never heard of. I discover odd and fun movies like Drugstore June.

I clicked on Summer’s Last Resort looking for something chill and funny to have on in the background. Five minutes into the movie though I was shocked to see a photo montage full of AI slop photos. I have nothing against trashy TV or trashy movies existing. I think overall it’s fine for those things to exist, so I don’t mind watching them knowing that my attention will go towards funding more similar content. I do have a problem with AI though and AI slop, so I turned it off. Even ironically or just to see how bad it is, I refuse to consume AI slop content because consuming it, even just to talk about how trash it is, will end up creating more of it. All that to say if you don’t want something to exist in the world then stop giving the people making it money.
